New airport dog kennel?

Does anyone know any more about this kennel? If I am reading it correctly, it looks like this will be going in where our park is currently?

Downloading from Flickr 101

I am still learning about the Flickr site and just ran across this and thought I would share.  This is a quide on how to download my full size images from Flickr.
