If anyone reading this is a St. Paul resident, you know that the city maintains a single dog park (Arkwright/Arlington). The Battle Creek OLA is operated by Ramsey County.
There is some movement afoot to establish 2-3 other parks in neighborhoods in the central and eastern parts of the city. But nothing much is likely to happen without a citizens advocacy group to push the effort.
